Excellent service. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with great detail. Always very courteous staff, and even managed to deliver the items in less than 24hrs. Fantastic!

We have just had our sun tunnel installed today and are absolutely delighted!!! From my first telephone conversation with Chris who, just by looking at the floor plan of our house could see where the problem with natural light was, right through to the fitting by Tony today, I cannot fault the service. We are very happy with the result!

Having read lots of reviews it came down to only to suppliers, Velux and Solar spot, I chose Solar Spot, although a dome type system, the wording on the web site “ 20% more light emitted “ through different technologies, “ None yellowing over time “ as well as many other little snippets, just swung it for me.

I wasn’t disappointed. The unit went up in good time, the builder used was helpful & friendly.

Reason for only four stars was a little mix up when ordering, because I have an internal bathroom, we discussed about night time lighting and this was what I thought I’d ordered, My system came without a light. Not a real bige, Chris from Solarspot was very helpful, came out himself and fitted the internal light.

Would I give recommendations , Yes, but please bear in mind, internal room will need a light inside.

I can truly say this is one of the best 'ventures' we have ever undertaken.
The whole process, from dealing with Solarspot, thanks Chris, to the installing of the sun tube has been seamless. Communication between everyone was excellent, very rare these days, and the icing on the cake has been the unbelievable difference the sun tube has made to what was a very gloomy and dark landing. My husband, who was pretty sceptical beforehand, has been 'converted'.
Thank you to everyone involved and we can totally recommend Solarspot. Job done! 😄

My kitchen was dark and gloomy, not anymore!, Sunspot delivered the boxes when they said they would, very good, the fitters came and did a sterling job, very quick, they had done it before so no hesitation, a very smooth operation, quick and clean, and then, WOW!!!! WOW!!! WOW!! Can't say more, l saw the light! and the sunshine, what a difference, I keep thinking the lights have been switched on but no, it’s real light! Very impressed, very pleased, thank you.

"Excellent solution to lack of natural lighting."

Excellent product. Daylight... where there had previously been very little natural light at all. Easy to install with a few simple tools and the end result totally transformed what had been a dull, dark corridor. Highly recommended...

Solved our dark lounge issues. Natural light is well spread out across the room. No more lights need to be put on during the day. Advice from Chris and the installer Richard was excellent.
