The customer service team was very helpful! My package was stuck at FEDEX for well over a week and fedex was not helping and a dumpster fire to deal with. After contacting World Soccer Shop, they overnighted another shipment to me which was very much appreciated! I would certainly continue using them for future orders. My only recommendation is find another shipping service because FedEX is horrible!!!

Je n'étais pas du tout rassuré à la lecture des très nombreux avis négatifs que j'ai lus mais j'ai fini par tenter ma chance et l'expérience s'est avérée positive. La commande est en plus arrivée 3 semaines avant la date prévue (livraison standard).
Un petit bémol pour le suivi de la commande (pas de réponse à mon mail et pas de mail de confirmation d'expédition, ce qui peut inquiéter au début).

I was given a code for 15% off. I use it and on the screen it says the 15% would be applied in green. I checked out and it was not applied. The shipping was $10. I opted for the 15% because of savings. Had I known an item was "exclusive" I would have got the shipping free. I call in and the customer rep was quite rude. I will NEVER purchase from this classless company. Bait and switch tactics to get you to buy. Buyer beware.
