"Payment issues "

Tried making a payment online,the only two options were the minimum or the full amount.
I called customer service to make a payment of half of the payoff amount and so far they haven't taken the amount I wanted to pay.
They only took minimum
and I have called several times
I was told the system was updating and still no deduction came out of my account.
Poor customer service.
And the online app has me locked out of making additional payments.

If I could give no stars, I would. This is a predatory company. I finished my loan obligations. My final balance was 120 dollars, they took 150. I asked if there would be a refund for the difference, they gave me the run around. Not only are they scammers, their customer service sucks. Avoid at all costs.

"600%+ interest rates on small loans."

I am so happy that I saw all these reviews before I accepted the terms from this company. First of all the process of applying alone is sketchy. You get approved but then have to call to finalize your approval. They will get you approved no problem but as they’re going through the “terms” of your loan they speed run through it without letting you know what the interest rate is. I just wanted $800 dollars to get me through the week. Long and behold it comes at a 655% interest rate. I did not even know that was possible. Luckily I told them that they have a clause called the right to rescind. Call them immediately and they actually honored it which I was surprised but thankful. Yeah definitely avoid these people no matter how desperate you might be.

"My caller ID popped up with my employer…"

My caller ID popped up with my employer name, so I answered and I asked how are you calling with my employers number, she said she called the employer number I gave her and they transferred her to my cell phone. Impossible, the employer number is an automated verification of employment line. No live person answers. I think this is fraudulent business practice and I am reporting to the BBB.

"500% Annual Interest. No thanks."

Reached out for a loan to pay down some high-interest credit card debt, ideally under 25% APR. Was quoted by Level Up Funding for a loan of $2250.

The catch: Payments were quoted at $267.66...
Per week...
For 40 weeks.
So $2250 becomes $10,706 over 10 Months. That's an interest rate of over 500%. That's not even legal... except this company is run under Tribal authority, so they don't deal in federal laws the same way...

There's no early prepayment penalty so I guess if you needed to bail out a rich uncle from jail, this could work. I can't see this being good for any situation but that one.

"Do not use these people"

Do not use these people! The interest will kill you financially. They told me a 9 month contract and $173 per month. Here it is three months later and the first payment was what they said but then after that it went to $313.10 every two weeks!!!! My loan was for $1200 and I’ve paid them over $1700 and now they tell me I still owe $1100.!!!! Scam do not use these people!!! They will steal your money.

If I could give LevelUp Funding 0 stars I would. I will never ever again become their customer. We are in a society where at least half the world is struggling since Covid! I’m one of them. I finally got a good job I was going to pay the two payments I missed this morning including other bills I needed to pay but no guess what I see around 4:30am? LevelUp takes $726 out of my account. Sad part is, LevelUp won’t refund it at all. I don’t care what kind of agreement y’all have y’all didn’t associate anything with me ! You just took my money like it was nothing! You don’t know what people go through. I bet if you were in my shoes you would refund this money back to me and just let me pay for the payments I missed ! Y’all were pressed and don’t care about nothing! So stop acting like you understood my situation because If you did I would’ve gotten better help than what I did this morning!

All the positive reviews are doctored, I started using this company not quite long and everything was going smoothly until I was about getting a loan then the problem started after making a deal then I was being asked for bogus fees everytime. Mean while “Easy beee” is making everyone happy cause if it integrity and support team being helpful.

"LOAN SHARK 2.0"

I applied for a loan I only wanted 700.00 they told me it was going to be a payment of 360.00 a month for 9 months- that is - 3240.00 for 700.00. Loan shark terms. Then I waited a day- they called back I said it was too expensive and they said if I borrowed 750.00 I could get better rates- 356.00 a month- 3204.00- for 700.00. Lies and Robbery.

"Loan Sharks"

I took out a loan for $1600 on 9/22/2023 and they took out $826 in payments, however I only had $32 dollars going towards the principle. They told me the payoff was $2300! I asked for a compromise of $1650. That gives them $876 profit for 35 day loan of $1600. However in there system it still shows I owe money! The account manager lied! I asked for the offer in writing and she never e-mailed the conformation just took the money! They need to be reported to the FTC
