"LIARS! DO NOT TRUST THEM!"

Worst and most deceitful company I have ever dealt with. Was led to believe payments would be monthly when they are actually weekly. I am most likely going to be evicted from my apartment because these awful people have completely broken me. Customer service is not helpful and will also lie to you. I received a $600 loan and will end up paying them over $3,000 when all is said and done. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

When I was told my payments they forgot to tell me it was every payday and would have been4 times the loan amount to pay back.

This place is worse than the Mafia... it's safer and cheaper to borrow from them. Don't do it. You will be in a deeper hole

"Loan shark alert"

Loan shark alert! I’m a business owner and I needed to replace a piece of equipment. I googled and found Level Up (more like Level Down.) I have decent credit but the guy on the phone told me I’d pay 20% APR- high but I was in a pinch. Turns out he meant 420% APR, and I have been making monthly $1000 payments for the whole summer always auto debited and on time. I reported them to the BBB. Rot in hell, Level Up.

Wanted to borrow $1,200 and they wanted over $5,000 back. Complete scam. So be careful.

"Worst place ever"

Worst place ever! Vague on what and how your payments are to be made and how much. They trick you. If u borrow $1,000.00, you pay them back $5,000.00. Total scam. So if u need to borrow money DO NOT use this place especially if you live paycheck to paycheck. Then when you call to pay your balance off, they make it so difficult because they don’t want you paying it off.

"I knew it was too good to be true"

I knew it was too good to be true. I got approved too quickly. They charging me 3 to 4 times the amount in interest then what I borrowed. Geez, talk about predatory. I recommended a few people but had to tell them don't do it. Interest rate is sky high!!!

Horrible company I have made 3 payments on a small loan and my balance is more than what I borrowed. 2.00 went to my principal balance out of the 141.00 I paid. If I go the full loan period I will end up paying more than 4 times my original loan amount.

"Insanely High Interest Rates"

Apparently, the interest on one of their loans is 600%, made the first payment (approximately 1/3 of the total amount that I borrowed) and my balance actually went up. This practice seems very predatory, and I would not recommend this to any except the most desperate. Also, they were very vague and seemed rushed during the initial conversation.
