The product is very well build and the finish is excellent.
Wolfiek group staff is very polite and responded swiftly to all my queries.

Vandaag is Black Friday dus eerst even afgewacht of het wel echte kortingen waren…. En jawel! De Huben GK1 CF Carabine 6.35 mm met Frenzy-S RedDot waren ineens 25% (ruim €600) in prijs gedaald! Het betreft een unieke custom made carbon kolf van Wolfiek speciaal voor deze GK1 waardoor je de lichtste semi-auto PCP in je kladden hebt, zonder mondingsenergie beperking mèt regulator.

Tot zover de lofzang. Totaal verblind door al dit moois gooit deze sukkel de .22 in het karretje, rekent af met €65 aan zuurverdiende waardebonnen en PayPal en ziet dan dat HIJ EEN KABOUTER GEWEERTJE HEEFT BESTELD!!! 5,5 mm is immers voor de kermis.

Gelukkig is er app-contact mogelijk over de bestelling en binnen 15 minuten krijg ik een super vriendelijk app-je:” maak je geen zorgen, ik ga het voor je oplossen”. En na 15 minuten al de bevestiging vanuit het magazijn. Wat een club Strijders, volgende keer graag weer!!!

Today is Black Friday so first we waited to see if they were real discounts.... And yes!!! The Huben GK1 CF Carabine 6.35mm with Frenzy-S RedDot were suddenly down 25% (over €600) in price! This is a unique custom made carbon stock by Wolfiek especially for this GK1 which gives you the lightest semi-auto PCP in your hands, with no muzzle energy limitation with regulator.

So much for the praise. Totally blinded by all this beauty, this dork throws the .22 in the cart, charges €65 in hard-earned vouchers and PayPal and then sees that HE HAS ORDERED A GONLIN GUN!!! 5.5 mm is for the Carnival guns, after all.

Fortunately, there is app contact possible about the order and within 15 minutes I get a super friendly app note:" don't worry, I'm going to fix it for you". And after 15 minutes already the confirmation from the warehouse. What a bunch of cool Dudes!! next time gladly again!!!

They are an excellent company with amazing communication though out.
I was made to feel 100% in the loop with any questions or concerns.
UK companies could learn a thing or two about customer relations from these guys.

have spent a great deal of money with the group and also recommended them,over the last coulpe of years have had problems with new gear costing thousands,that just didnt work from new i found matius very un helpful,even to the point of him saying i didnt buy from them,and not being interested and offering a circlip as a solution,these products are high maintenance,you will have to be prepared to repair youself,there are helpful vidios on you tube,but you will only get help if you are parting with money and not after

von den Produkten her sehr sehr viel und tolle Sachen, aber leider keine Garantie, bzw. mein Huben K1 undicht, konnte NICHT repariert werden !?!! musste mir einen neuen Mechanismusblock kaufen und Geld für die Reparatur Silberlevel war auch weg, das ganze Prozedere dauerte 10 Wochen und mehr, also Leute ihr müsst besser werden. mfg Kurt G.
