The only thing I would say is that there was a slight misunderstanding over the monthly payment schedule. I had thought after explaining to your operator that I did four Three Monthly payments with my current provider that this would be implemented once again only to find a bit further down the line that this would be taken from my account on four consecutive months. This will be just about manageable for me but perhaps if this is offered to further customers it could be plainly stated at the outset. Also, I was a little surprised that the first installment went out of my bank immediately and not on the 6th March when my current policy comes to an end. Other than these small matters the service was good, the operator I spoke to very helpful and again today I spoke to Chelsea to clear up a minor matter.and she was very pleasant and professional

I received excellent service today for my car insurance and a flexible can do attitude, which I did not receive from my previous company. When I called back they managed to find the advisor I had previously spoken to, who unlike so many companies, returned my call straight away to answer my query.

Twice your agents promised to ring back with requested premium info , & did not. Is this merely in order to hike up the hours - 20 mins + - I had to wait to get thro' at whatever rate you have the nerve to charge for me to call you.Please don't take my word for it - try phoning your number - you'll be wiser & perhaps provide some service
