I missed renewing my policy with you because I misinterpreted the default on the renewal policy info to mean the payment woudl also be by default. Not your fault alone as I should've paid closer attention but it is open t confusion having one letter saying I need do nothing(info) and the seconf about actual policy renewal payment not spelling it out clearly that I must actively contact you to make the payment. I understand from yor agent that it's because it was a one off payment in full by card.
please make it clearer so others do not fall into the same gap.

I found speaking to this company much easier than doing it online as I'm not an expert having only bought insurance once before, and Sally was more than happy to answer all my questions and saved me £120 compared to my renewal with another company. Always have a good experience with Bewiser, they give a fair price straight away unlike Goskippy who just keep throwing random numbers at you. They also offer a good legal package, plus mobile insurance and RAC cover. Overall its good value for money and easy to talk to them. I'd recommend!
