Overall, I am happy with the products I have bought from the Good Vitamin Company and the speed of delivery, although when I do actually receive the Confirmation/Receipt Email, there is a line that reads, "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order" - I have never once received this email. However, despite the above, I do have a couple of issues regarding the Good Vitamin Company, which are detailed below:
Firstly, I (& my brother, at a different address and phone number) have used Good Vitamin Company to supply us with Regina Royal Jelly products for well over 10 years. We both know where the Good Vitamin Company website is and we know how to find Regina products on the website. We have both asked - no, we have told them - every time they phone us with whatever special offer/voucher they have invented, to never ever phone us again, because we will never ever respond favourably to unsolicited sales people calls over the phone. I have checked every link, via my account with Good Vitamin Company for a Tick/Cross I can remove from a box for sales contact, but no such preference exists. PLEASE, please, please - how many time do I have to ask/tell you DO NOT CALL???
Secondly, imagine if you will, the next lines in the poem, "Two little dickie birds sitting on a wall…" - I'm Paul, so I'll give you one guess as to my brother's name. We both have the same initial and it took years to get the various sales phone callers to accept that we were different people, living at different addresses. I have often received email receipts for purchases my brother has made and he has often received receipts for my purchases, which we have to forward on to each other. This happens less often these days, but we both still receive phonecalls meant for the other, despite our mutual insistence that you DO NOT CALL either of us, at all.
Edit - 16th November 2022:
I wrote the above review on the 14th February 2022 and despite assurances made in Good Vitamin Company's response below that we would not be contacted by phone again ("We have updated your and your brother’s account with your contact preferences “Do Not Call” and going forward no phone calls will be made to either one of you.") I received a phone call last week asking to speak to my brother, Peter. First of all, I told the caller that I recognised he must be from the Good Vitamin Company, because no other company makes this mistake so regularly, but the caller insisted that I must be wrong, because my phone number was the phone number he had for my brother. He also informed me that according to his records, 'we have the same account'. I can assure you we don't, or at least, we shouldn't!
This morning, I received another phone call from "Stephen" asking if I am still taking my vitamins regularly. I simply hung up!
Can I assure you, regarding my brother, Peter & I:
We have different names!
We have different addresses!
We have different email addresses!
We have different phone numbers!
We SHOULD have different accounts, which SHOULD have "Do Not Call" in our Good Vitamin Company account contact preferences.
Honestly, how difficult is it to keep to your promises!?
