As a long standing customer I was very disappointed with my latest order. The order form had a discount code which I placed in the box. A message came up saying it had accepted the code but when I placed the order the code was nor there. The next morning I phoned TGVC and was told I had put the code in the wrong box and could not claim my discount.i said there was only box on the order form but I was told nothing could be done.i stated that I would not be using TGVC again but the operator did not seem interested.

The tablet strips combine aluminium and plastic , meaning they can’t be recycled. Most firms now use all aluminium.
