Original frame was damaged. Called customer services and the member of staff was extremely helpful. A néw frame was sent out immediately and he said if we weren't happy with the result we could return the item and they would reframe. Great customer service.

I ordered a signed Messi jersey which arrived in only 4 days, unfortunately the signature that was given to me was not a good looking signature, I contacted Icons and I dealt with Dan, Dan made every effort to make sure the pick up of the original item was scheduled, he made it convenient for me to have pickup done at my office. He checked in on me ever day for 4 days to make sure everything went as planned and assured me that he would personally pick out a signature that he thought was good.
