For a friend's birthday, I had ordered an autographed shirt of Pirlo. Soon I received an email that the shirt was torn during framing. Unfortunately, they did not have a larger size available and the frame was too big to frame it nicely.
I was immediately notified with a few solutions. After some email contact, they finally managed to frame another shirt that was almost the same.
The shipment was securely packed and arrived completely undamaged. The frame is very large and the shirt is very nicely framed.
In short, very satisfied with the shipment!
