Easy to book, came as arranged and conducted the work without fuss. The reports didn’t arrive until a couple of days after when I had to chase it but overall I am happy with the service which was much cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere.

Gave me my certificate, which was all well and good, then sent through a quote on all the things I'd need to fix said problems. Again, not too worried about that, understand the upsel, until I checked the quote and they wanted exorbitant rates to install a couple of smoke alarms. Then they proceeded to send another quote a week later that was £300 more saying the original quote was "promotional" only. No where does it say that on the original quote. Absolute bait and switch.
