"Do not buy from this Company - Terrible"

Do not buy from this Company! Ordered a slimline integrated dishwasher, delivery was prompt but the drivers refused to install the integrated door to the new dishwasher, making the dishwasher unusable and unsafe as the door just pings shut. A week on and several emails and many calls with 'Customer Service' who simply state the drivers said the door was too heavy! Its a 30 cm slimline door! They wont return to fix it. Apalling service. Please shop elsewhere and get a great experience, unlike mine.

OMG I am 63 years old and I have never left a review in my life until now, check what you are getting charged for, customer service is totally appalling, they could not care less, when you finally get through the automated answering system. They want to charge £30 to return an item worth £70.00, when they had already charged for 2 items, not ordered, and i have still not received the 3 day refund 5 days later.

Ok so here is the update: They wanted me to pay £30:00 to the courier to return the item. I said, no it was only worth £70:00 send me a return label, I posted it tracked for £9:00!!! and by the way they told me there may be a re-stocking charge, really!!!

Courtesy phone just after placing the order online. Email confirmation the day before delivery day then on the day with a time slot. The driver came on time, was very friendly. Offered to take it through to the kit he for me, unpackaged it, took all of the rubbish away. Couldn’t do enough for me.
