I paid £343 for a fridge free since yesterday (26/02/25) afternoon and I was promised delivery between 12pm-2pm today (27/02/205). Up till this moment no update about my delivery. They directed me to the delivery company Arrow XL, they told me that their truck broke down and no guarantee of delivery. It 7pm already and still no sign of delivery.

Appalling customer service!! :-( Have had a faulty/broken dishwasher since December, Three Engineer visits saying it's fixed then it breaks down again the next day!! Numerous phone calls were made and promised callbacks but nothing. Still an ongoing issue now, I do not have the time to keep calling and chasing. Asked for a refund nothing DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We have spent £1000's with this company as a business!!! Never again!!!

28.02.25 Guess what!!!!! no phone call within two hours like promised; this is getting beyond boring now, JUST REFUND THE MONEY so we can buy from a decent company with a decent customer service. Next step OFCOM!!!

There's always an issue when it comes to returns with a faulty item.
When ever you order from this company u will have to take a day off from work to receive the item from dpd.

I had to lose out on a day's work just to receive the item . The heater only worked for 1 week I now have to pay 20.00 to send it back the item is fault how is this fair.
