I waited years to get chesterfield and my furniture was a big treat to myself. I am so glad I chose "timeless chesterfield " for my purchases. Fantastic communication and customer service throughout. Delivered exactly when promised by very nice polite and professional delivery men and the furniture itself is very well made beautiful leather and perfect in every way. I couldn't be happier.

"Poor back up service"

Contacted Timeless Chesterfields regarding purchasing replacement foam for slightly sagging seats but was told the complete seat would have to be replaced as new foam was to difficult to replace. I explained had just taken out and turned the foam over within the covers in just a few minutes,not a problem, not only that, new leather on the seat would look odd against the surrounding sofa but they would not help. Will have to find another upholsterer to assist.

"Update after a couple of years of use"

UPDATE:
We have had our sofa bed for almost 3 years now and, unfortunately, I have to lower the rating.
The reason:
The sofa bed has become extremely uncomfortable. You can literally feel each and every spring. It is impossible to sleep on it.
The sofa still looks optically great though.
First, we received all the samples we wanted, then clarified the delivery options (2nd floor, very narrow entrance angle, restricted parking area).

The delivery was perfect, well organised and absolutely fuss free.

But the best thing is the sofa itself. Excellent quality, we love it! All our guests also always comment on how terrific it looks.

Our experience of buying the Timeless Chesterfields sofa and chairs was excellent. They were all very helpful from the moment of choosing the product to the moment of receiving the Sofa and chairs at home. We were really impressed with the way they sent us different types and colors of leather samples in order to help us make the right decision. Whatever questions we had were instantly answered. We felt very safe of ordering the products over the internet as they gave us a lot of support. We were very satisfied and happy with the service and the workmanship of the products.

We ordered online whilst in lockdown but read a lot about the company and furniture first as it's quite an expensive purchase.
We weren't disappointed. Delivery was easy and the guys set up the furniture for us.
We had a traditional oxblood corner sofa and stool. The quality is just luxurious.
It's a little hard right now as with most new furniture, although it is comfortable.
I expect it to soften over the years and last us for a very long time.
