I was admittedly a little nervous about spending a few thousand pounds on Sofas that I had never seen or sat in, though all the reviews looked amazing so I took the plunge.

Communication, delivery and service were all fantastic. The Sofas themselves are phenomenal. They look amazing and are super comfortable. Everything you could want from a Chesterfield.

Definitely get yourself some swatches to make sure you know what you're getting.

"Bespoke settee -incredible"

We have ordered a bespoke piece if furniture. The sales team have been excellent to help me understand my requirements. We exted our settee to seat 5 people. Timeless throughout provided extra steps to ensure the design and measurements were correct.

Communication
Very clear and helpful. We didn't want our settee until we moved into our new house. Timeless Chesterfields kept us informed of the start date to make our settee and doubled checked the sample of leather before they started work. Delivery dates were clear.

Settee and chair quality
Absolutely exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship the quality is outstanding. The delivery men were professional friendly and efficient.

My captain's chair took a while to arrive, but they kept me informed and it was well worth waiting for. The delivery men couldn't have been better: they were friendly and efficient, carried the chair up the single flight of stairs to my flat, delivered it to the room it was for, unpacked it and took away all the packaging. The chair is an item of real quality: it looks great and is comfortable. Worth every penny and I am delighted with it.
