"I tried several times to order online…"

I tried several times to order online and couldn’t even get to the payment page. Finally, several days later I was contacted by customer service. I ordered the harmonicas a week ago today and paid for expedited shipping,2-3 days, and at this point only 3 of the 11 items ordered have been delivered. Coming from two different places?
On Friday I leave to start a month long tour. If the remaining harmonicas don’t show up tomorrow I’ll have to explain to my rockstar boss that he’ll only have a few of the $1200 worth of harmonicas we ordered.

I love the great selection of harmonicas and accessories. My first two purchases went perfect. Was very happy. But this last purchase went south. I paid for UPS 2nd day air… it never shipped. I called a few times and was not able to contact anyone. I finally used the chat feature and connected with Dave and Steve. I felt like I had to pull some teeth to get things moving, and was told they would ship a new unit on Monday the 13th of May. Even though things went bad on this order, I’ll keep doing business with Harmonica Land. If it happens again, I may reconsider.

Update: Harmonica Land is Great!! they totally came through in the end.

I purchased the Suzuki MR-350 C.....Love Love Love it!!! My collection standard will now be Suzuki's and Harmonica Land!!

I prefer doing business with a small mom and business here in the United States rather than use Amazon Prime.
Harmonicaland has the best selection of diatonic harmonicas I gladly purchased 40 harmonicas from them I now exclusively use the Seydel they all came to my doorstep on time as promised.
Some amazing YouTube tutorials may be found online on the care and maintenance of harmonicas. Some of these tutorials seem to be sponsored by upper Harmonicaland staff.
As a high level harmonist, I would highly recommend Harmonicaland for your next purchases.
