Please don’t be put off ordering from this company I was a bit sceptical ordering myself reading some reviews my sample never came in time so I took the chance and ordered beautiful marble mosaics on Wednesday specifying to a lady called sianne that I needed these for delivery Friday true to her assurance that I would my beautifull tiles arrived in perfect condition and are amazing I certainly will not hesitate to use again .

Tiles arrived on time and as advertised. I had an issue with Luxury tiles that was dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction. Appreciate the extra customer care and the refund as compensation for the confusion.

I called Luxury Tiles a few times before placing an order of British Ceramic Retro tiles, and each time they were helpful and friendly.

The tiles were delivered promptly and all in perfect order.

This is in stark contrast to the terrible service i received from British Ceramic's direct website (who still haven't delivered my tiles 2 months later). I have reviewed British Ceramic on Trust Pilot.

"Avoid"

Avoid. Ordered tiles on 5 October and received an email soon after saying they had been shipped but with no tracking data. Despite many emails and phone calls, no products have been received and the company has not got back to me as promised. Needless to say my money was taken immediately and requests for a refund have been ignored.
