A representative reached out within hours to assure me they received the order and it would be shipped right away as there was an issue with the auto email. I received the LV purse in 10 days from when I ordered. The purse is perfect. I’m very happy with it and the great customer service. I will purchase again in the future.

I am very satisfied with all of my merchandise! Honestly Everything I received are beautiful items. The packages came clean and the boxes were securely packaged so my items did not get ruined. I honestly feel so luxurious carrying around my Louis Vuitton. I will definitely be shopping here again. I was very skeptical at first because I truly thought this was going to be a scam place where the items were either cheap looking and not match what I usually see in the store but it was complete opposite. I would say the ONLY thing that gets a little annoying are the text messages that I constantly receive even after I reply STOP to stop the text messages and the reply doesn't seem to work even after I reply STOP. So if there is a way to end that Then I will be an extremely happy person. I do plan on shopping here again because I could use some sunglasses :D Thank you so much Luxicas for wonderful service.

I emailed the service department and they immediately got back to me, apologized, and told me to pick another bag and they would ship it to me free of charge to make it right. I did indeed receive the new bag and it is great. I definitely recommend purchasing from this website/company. Their bags are wonderful.

The backpack smells so bad - its still sitting in the garage and the backpack was all scrunched up and messy looking. I have ordered from lots of places and I have never had it come in like that. Really disappointed in the product - the old adage is you get what you pay for.

Very nice product for the money. My only comment on something you may want to consider changing is sending the handbag in the correct sized box. My beautiful bag was folded and has a crease in it now. A true luxury item would never be shipped that way.
