All of my dealings, to date, with Halo Holidays have been very positive. This is a company that clearly holds customer satisfaction very high on its agenda and instills that ethic into their travel consultants. I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mason Turner and I can only speak highly in his regard. His handling of clients, whilst remaining professional, is fun, likeable and affable - nothing is too much trouble and he gets the job done competently and in a timely manner. On returning to the UK from San Diego, after a recent trip to California, I encountered an issue with a domestic flight provider and Mason, very kindly, undertook to resolve the matter for me, leaving me to enjoy the last day of our holiday.
