I used Halo Travels & Tours UK for my two weeks trip to Japan it was pristine service! Mason Turner our travelling agent booked wonderful hotels with great service in Osaka , Kyoto and Tokyo . We tried the restaurants in all our hotels the food was delicious . We flew Emirates Airlines the connection time was well calculated we even had time to use the Duty Free in Dubai . Mason booked the bullet trains between the 3 cities ( Shinkansen ), they even booked for us a great Japanese tour guide to visit the old districts of Kyoto ( Gion). The whole experience was Fantastic! I strongly recommend this travel agency , they’re very professional! I am booking my next big trip with them to Vietnam and Cambodge hopefully very soon ! I recently requested Halo Travels to assist me on organising a for honeymoon. From the very beginning Rebecca from Halo Travels was very attentive, asking me all the right questions about what I was trying to get out for my honeymoon. Rebecca was very knowledgeable about the trip. As we were able to talk on the phone and she reassured me, she had been to Thailand herself and genuinely felt excited to help us plan this special trip. We had many ways communicate, one being the phone, through Instagram and also email.

Rebecca took the time to understand what we were looking for romance, relaxation, and a touch of adventure and curated the perfect itinerary to get us excited. Every detail was taken care of, from flights, to beautiful accommodations a day trip and also last minute request for airport transfers to make our trip stress free.
