I have booked a four centre holiday in October to Japan . The initial contact with Halo was excellent. I think l was quite demanding with my requirements but the agent Kyra Smith was never panicked . The iteniary needed to be changed as suppliers and prices changed. I was ready to forget the booking when the airline increased its price by £500. Kyra managed to reorganise and keep the booking live. She put in many hours and eventually everyone was happy. Looking forward to Japan. Thanks Kyra.

Visited South Korea 🇰🇷 Seoul and Jeju Island, then went on to Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo, weather was Fabulous and so was every place we visited 🙂would definitely go again. We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Japan. It is a beautiful Country and well worth the visit! Halo Holidays have been amazing in arranging this trip. Our travel assistant was Damian. What can i say about this young man? He has worked so hard and listened to what we wanted and really put in the time to exceed our expectations.
