"Raja Fashions is the ONLY place to…"
Raja Fashions is the ONLY place to consider when seeking a tailor in Hong Kong. I recently had several suits and sport-coats tailor made, and, they are perfect. Sunny and his team took excellent care of us. He suggested great, stylish fabrics. He was genuinely interested in ensuring everything was comfortable and fit properly. If you're looking for a tailor in Hong Kong, go see him TODAY!

"What a great experience"
What a great experience! I made my first tailor made suit with Raja Fashions and the result was perfect! The staff is super friendly and Sunny took great care of me. After the first fitting I got a perfect fitted suit and shirt in my hands for an unbeatable price. Definitely worth a visit!

"Excellent service"
Excellent service, expert advice and great attention to detail, with fantastic clothes as the outcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of individually tailored suits or shirts.

"Very bad customer service"
Very bad customer service. Extremely hard to get a refund. Don't trust the fake positive reviews that have recently started appearing. This company has gone downhill. I first purchased a bespoke suit from Raja Fashions in 2009 when I was a student at Oxford, for £200, and it was excellent. So when I needed a new suit for a wedding, I trusted the company, and went back again in 2018. They had raised their prices to £450. However, I was willing to pay that amount given the promise of quality and a bespoke experience. When the suit arrived 6 weeks later I was horrified. The suit did not fit me at all. It was bizarrely baggy in some places, and too tight in others. The stitching was appalling. The material was cheap. I contacted their customer service department and they refused to give a refund. The only thing they were willing to do was alterations or make a new suit. But after the horrific first attempt, why should I trust them? The offer of alterations was ridiculous, because the original suit was so bad, it was beyond repair. I emailed back and forth for months 16 times! They insisted I meet with their "London team" to get a refund, by which they mean the man who sold me the dodgy suit in a hotel room, in the first place. So I met with the man and showed him the suit. The man agreed the workmanship was appalling, but said he didn't have the authority to issue refunds because he only did "sales". So customer service told me they don't issue refunds, and I would have to speak to the sales team. And the sales team, told me they don't give refunds and I would have to speak to customer service. At this point, I wasn't going to leave until I got my refund. So I enquired how many customers he was planning to see today, and offered to stay to show them an example of the suits Raja Fashions make. Of course, the suit was appalling, and no one would ever purchase a suit from this company if they saw the quality of the suit they made for me. The salesperson quickly realised this, and authorised a refund on a piece of paper. I finally got my money back, by scanning a copy and sending it the owner of the company, who forwarded it on to the customer service who was useless in the first place. So I did get my money back from the end, and avoided being scammed. But it was several months of fighting. I read some of the positive reviews that have been appearing recently, and they appear fake. Quick succession, poor spelling and saying suspiciously similar things. The reviews to trust are the ones like this one, written by real customers. This company is very dodgy and I'd strongly recommend staying well away from them.

"A decent tailor"
A decent tailor
Like the previous reviewer, I have had nothing but a good experience from Raja Fashions. I ordered my first suit two years ago, and the trousers needed a tweak. Went back, to the travelling team in the Hilton in London, who pinned a couple of adjustments, and the corrected trousers came back within a couple of weeks.
After two years of regular wear, it was time for a new suit. This time I ordered two, and they have just arrived in London barely three weeks after my seeing the salesman. This time, trousers (and jacket) correct first time - as they had a note of the change they made last time.
So, no problems for me - I'm a happy repeat customer, and I'm only sorry that others didn't get the same experience.

"I have bought from this company several…"
I have bought from this company several times over the past 10-12 years about 15 shirts, 2 suits, 5 jackets and 4 trousers.
I am happy with them and have just placed another order.
I suppose people only write these reviews if they are angry so I wanted to show that they do have many happy returns customers (bumped into other customers in hotel).

"Probably not a great supplier if you…"
Probably not a great supplier if you are looking for a high quality made to measure suit at a reasonable price.
I ordered two suits, after being measured up by them in London. I chose fabrics from about the middle of their price range for both suits and paid £450 for each suit. ( £450 in London would get you a high quality off the peg suit in a London high street shop like Austin Reed or TM Lewins). They said they would send the one suit well before the other to check its fits well before sending the second suit.
First suit arrived by post on time. I hung it up to straighten it out and then tried it on. The fit around the shoulders was one of the worst fits I have had from any suit, including off the peg - that by itself was not a problem because I knew they could improve the fit in a subsequent appointment. However I was very surprised at the low quality of delivery: the material seemed cheap and lightweight compared to even ordinary suits sold in the UK; the zip was lightweight and snagged easily; I could see threads coming out of the stitching in the suit. Overall it fell far short of being the premium product I had expected.
I emailed them to complain and try and cancel the second suit. Though they said they would "alter both the suits to your satisfaction" they refused to cancel the second suit, citing the reason that they had already bought and cut the material.
Nonetheless, I went for a second measuring again in London to sort out the first suit's fit. I pointed out the problems with fit, which the tailor gruffly accepted but was rather abruptly told that threads coming out of stitching was to be expected in a handmade suit. I suggested paying more to get a higher quality material for the second suit, again I was rather abruptly and gruffly rebuffed, being told they already bought the cloth and cut it, so changing the material was absolutely not being entertained.
Overall a very disappointing experience - with a disappointing product and very disappointing customer service - with a high price tag. I paid a premium price for two suits neither which I am happy with or look like premium suits. In terms of customer service, they need to be able to make the occasional small financial loss in order to keep a customer happy, but seem unwilling to do so.

"I came across them in an article"
I came across them in an article, praising how this company it the one when it comes to made-to-measure suits for the athletic gentleman that can't get fitting suits of the rack. So I went to a fitting in a Hilton hotel. That was ok even though a bit sketchy. I showed him a m-t-m blazer and a shirt that I had made by another company where the fit was good, but the material was just cheap. So he took my measurements and compared with the blazer and shirt I brought with me. That all made a good impression on me so I ordered three suits. I got the first one after about 5 weeks in a tiny cardboard box. What I took out of that box was a disaster. It didn't fit at all, hanging threads everywhere, the fit was horrible, way too big everywhere, couldn't close the collar on the shirt,... miles away from what I expected. So I went back a few weeks later and was told 'this suit is perfect'. I strongly disagreed, I again showed the blazer and shirt that fit perfectly and he wrote down a few alteration, didn't pin anything. 5 weeks later, the same small cardboard box in the mail. This time I could barely fit into the blazer, the shirt was still too wide everywhere except for the collar that I still couldn't close. I was again told that the fit is perfect. I already tried to get out of the outstanding suits by then but he wouldn't let me and told me one more try, they are trying to get it right, it's just hard. So I gave him my blazer and the shirt (btw made by Indochino, perfect fit right away) as a reference to copy. What I got back after that was a bit better, the shirt and the pants were finally ok (not perfect) but the blazer still didn't fit. I couldn't barely move since it was to tight, it basically felt like a strait jacket. So I wrote them that the fist is still not ok, that I want my tailor to fix it and cancel the remaining suits as discussed the last time, but I got into endless discussions with them. So they made me go through this proces one more time (by now this has taken a year!) until I got the money for the additional suites back (without the currency exchange fees) and I had to take the additional shirts. The blazer I got back from the last alteration is not stitched together properly, very poor quality, meaning I have a suit that I can't wear. By now I'm sick and tired of complaining and I know it won't get any better so I gave up. The bottom line is STAY AWAY FROM RAJA FASHION. You can get better and cheaper MTM clothing elsewhere, and a way better customer service as well.

"Suits didn't feel "made to measure""
Met the sales guys at the Hilton in Brisbane, pretty crap process looking at small samples in a bedroom of a hotel. I bought two suits with 4 pants and five shirts. They arrived a month or so later and the suits didn't fit, they were far too big, I contacted them and told them and their response was, " have you lost weight" I wish!! I had to wait until
they were in town again to get re-measured and then wait another month until they arrived back so it took about six months to receive my suits. I thought the quality was ok but they never felt like they were made to measure because they were made and then altered, any dry cleaners can do this with a suit you buy off the peg. The shirts were ok, they fitted and they wore well, but no better than a decent shirt you would buy at a department store for less $. I Wouldn't bother going back to them, I paid around $2K and it wasn't worth it.

"Atrocious tailoring"
I came across Raja Fashion in an advert in The Economist. I went to get measured at the Hilton on Park Lane. This was a very quick and slightly chaotic process. The suit arrived (I think from India) and I was very disappointed. The fabric used was of a very low quality, the suit did not fit correctly and buttons have already started falling off. They even managed to misspell my name in the inside label. Total waste of time and money!
