I needed to have my loan documents emailed to me again because there was an erroneous email sent to me that my signature wasn't on them. The Customer Service Rep, Eletha Lee was very helpful, polite and assured me that all was well. She quickly re-sent the documents that I couldn't find. Very efficient and expedient. Also, to my surprise, I wasn't on hold very long. Thanks for your excellent service, Eletha.

The Customer Service Representive Johane Etienne was very patient, helpful and kind. I was paying off a loan for an Air Conditioner, Johane went beyond her normal duties and responsibility to assure me that my loan was satisfied and met the promotional guidelines and agreements to assure that the zero percent interest would be applied to my contract.
She sent me a payment schedule which included all of my scheduled payments that I made along with the zero balance to assure me that no extra charges would be applied. I am very appreciative to Johane and Service Finance for their service.
