I love the little care guides that came with the plants and the packaging was quite good but a few of my Pinguicula leaves were broken. I am a little disappointed with how long it took to mail my order and the size of the plants I received.

Ordering was easy and delivery very speedy. Packaging was excellent and the plant well protected. It did look a bit limp and sickly but am hoping that it will pick up quickly, following the care instructions supplied.

My plants arrived via Royal Mail looking very sorry for themselves: all out of their pots etc.
I emailed the nursery with some photos and they resent my order with new plants in different packaging. The replacement order arrived intact.
Accidents happen but it’s how they are dealt with.
South West dealt with this incident perfectly.
