"Bad delivery experience"

I think the vendor deserves more stars due to their selection and packaging quality but I had a bad experience as a first time customer.

My parcel was delivered on the 31st Aug but the tracking service they use didn’t reflect this, and no notifications were issued (even after contacting via website form). I only realised that the parcel had been delivered to a communal area 6 days after delivery. The plants are not doing well.

"A shame they didn't come healthy."

I'm not going to pretend to know the intricacies for delivering plants and I'm sure it's really tough to get keep them healthy. But they all came in pretty bad shape. One of which I'm pretty sure is not going to survive. Some of the flowers and appendages were trapped and broken outside of their protective cases.
