We booked our First Aid At Work refresher via Freddie at The First Aid Team at our offices. We were so impressed with John and his method of teaching. We were engaged from start to finish, at no time did our attention waver. Hopefully we will never have to put the training into practice, however if we do we all feel confident that we could calmly deal with the situation. Thank you John and Freddie!
