The trainer was very well informed about his subject with real life examples to bring question answers to life. Training pitched at the right level in assuming that a basic level of understanding was held by trainees but not in any way patronising learned a lot in a friendly and professional way. Recommended this company without reservation.

This was a refresher First Aid Course for me which I found extremely worthwhile. The content of the day was very comprehensive covering a wide range of topics appropriate to the work that I do. The trainer was very professional and approachable allowing questions to be asked at any point. I would thoroughly recommend this course.

It was a great refresher to my previous first aid training. THe trainer was very great at ensuring all our questions were answered as well as going over each point until we were confident in what we needed to do. He also reminded us to practice to ensure we can recall what we need to do if ever we needed to use the skills we were taught as well as looking at how we as a school keep our selves informed. Also, looking at the impact to COVID-19 and how to keep ourselves safe was a relief as this is something I was worried about. Thank you

Having not completed a First Aid course for some time, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, Roy put all of us at ease and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I felt that I learnt more than I thought I would and was particularly struck by how easy it was to operate a defibrillator!
