We first thought about buying a property 12 months ago, which is when we contacted Richard. We had a few issues with our credit reports which Richard advised on how to clear up, he then secured us a great mortgage with rates we didn't expect to get. We had a 7 month journey from the day we put the offer in on our property to actually receiving the keys, with lots of hiccups along the way. Richard didn't just arrange our mortgage, he helped nudging solicitors and estate agents in the right direction, he was there to answer all our questions via email or phone and responded very quickly.
