Richard was very helpful at every step of buying our property. We had a few hurdles along the way, such as finding problems on our credit report and a couple of down valuations. He always found a solution and was reassuring when we thought we wouldn’t complete.

After talking to a few mortgage brokers, it became clear that there’s a few cowboys in this industry who will probably charge you a fee for their services, and choose a mortgage that’s good for them, not you. Richard is the opposite as he doesn’t charge a fee and will always check for the best deals.

My partner and I recently looked to buy our first property - and yet went into the world of doing so without a clue of how it all worked, and so looked for a mortgage advisor.

Richard not only took the time to walk through exactly what mortgages are, and the different types, but was able to use our personal circumstances to find the best for us.

We went through a detailed review of our spending / what our plans for the future may be, and were able to go back and forth with Richard to find the perfect mortgage.
