The chicken wood chip I ordered arrived very promptly, was well packaged and exactly what I required. The only negative is that I did not hear from the courier company about which day delivery would be until they were 20 minutes away from my house, luckily the driver called me and left the delivery on my drive as I was out. Bark Uk Online were excellent though and responded to all my enquiries within 24 hours.
