Fast delivery and reasonable communication. The bark supplied as not superbly graded and had quite a mix of logging debris in it, but certainly fit for purpose. The 1000 litres was delivered in a dumpy bag , paleted on a tailgate lorry. I had to admit that I expected a flat bed with a mini crane, but the driver was as helpful as he could be in the circumstances.

Good quality bark, correct order (1000 kilos!) but not delivered within the specified timeframe (2-3working days) - had to call and see what was going on, delivered 1 week (5 working days) later by a very helpful chap who got it really close to our house!

Delivered quickly and quality of wood chips is good, lasts a long time, and I reuse them as a mulch after I remove them from the chicken run.
