"Order states sent to navision"

Order placed with express delivery, received confirmation email and then 2 days later status updated to sent to navision. Customers services never replied to numerous emails and call centre are useless as they are a 3rd party who just take messages. Appalling service and will never by from them again just hope the money never leaves my account!!!!

Order arrived 3 months after placing no explanation at all, recipient was none to pleased

I will never order anything from them again :( made an order 3 weeks ago, received nothing....emailed 5 times...no reply...phoned daily to be promised calls back by the overflow line...nothing! I just want my money back!!!!

Maybe we've just been unlucky but upset as we've paid a lot of money for something that never arrived. After calling customer service 3 times and getting told to leave a message and someone will phone back we still haven't had a call back. They haven't replied to emails it's been 3 weeks since I ordered and not received item and money has been taken. Would not recommend this company.

Bought 2 items of hosiery from the Notting Hill branch as a present for my girlfriends birthday. I choose 2 because I was unsure which colour she would prefer. I understood that I would be able to return one pair if they remained unopened. I went back to the shop today with one unopened item, they said they would be unable to give me a refund as they don't do refunds. Massively disappointed as I was lead to believe I could return the items. I called customer service and they said they where unable to over rule the manager of the store. When I asked if they could give me a credit note they said no, all they could do was extend the receipt. It was obvious that the item was unused, unopened and I had bought it as a gift with a valid receipt. Extremely inflexible attitude that leaves me feeling extremely gutted. Really sorry I didn't shop in Selfridges as they offer refunds. Beware, don't shop in their boutiques, especially if you might need to return anything. I have spent quite a lot of money with them and I can guarantee I won't be spending any more! Customer service -Zero!!!

"Faulty Website"

My first order with agentprovocateur.com was mysteriously cancelled for no reason. I received confirmation email, money disappeared from my account, I waited for my order and none arrived. Money reappeared on my account 10 days later. No explanation whatsoever.
Second order placed, paid and received without any problems.
Third order placed, paid by paypal, no confirmation email, no order received and paypal status pending-unclaimed by retailer. Goods out of stock in the meantime.
Fourth order placed today, again paid by paypal, again no confirmation email, again pending payment, again I am not going to receive my order.
Soooo...goodbye Agent Provocateur, I better find someplace they are actually capable of processing an order.

Their products are great quality, sexy design and very accurate on size. Their shipping is very fast. Their customer services are really helpful and nice. I love this company, I had placed them 3 orders already and I definitely will buy more!!!

"Lush underwear"

Ok so it's not the cheapest option by a long stretch and the p&p is high for standard delivery but the underwear is truly gorgeous, beautifully made, fabulous silks and always perfectly gift packaged. It's definitely the first place i mention to my husband when he's after inspiration for Valentine's and Birthdays!
I've never had a bad experience ordering from the company or with any of the items my husband or myself have bought.

"Agent is nice but very pricey"

Agent is a top brand but very expensive, I do love their lingerie but sadly can not afford to buy it.
