My lamps (PYGMY 240v 15W E27) eventually arrived on 8 January 2022 which was slow but they arrived safe and sound and we were happy to receive the correct bulbs for our lamp which we could not source locally.
In fairness to the firm the delay would have in part been because this was over the Christmas 2021 period and in the midst of the Covid crisis so my wife and I are happy to say "thanks".

I ordered and paid for a product with "Next day Delivery AM - Fixed" which was by far the most expensive of the three delivery options available on this company's website. Although I recognise that this was during the holiday period, the website did not mention exclusions to the next day delivery option, did not provide an estimated time of arrival, it just indicated that the delivery would occur next day in the AM. Two days later, I am still waiting for the product. Had I known, I would have simply ordered elsewhere, for less and received the product earlier.
