"Faultless again 👍"

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Redline now. As before absolutely first class from start to finish. Chris looked after us this time, understood what we needed straight away and delivered it faultlessly. As a finance broker its refreshing to deal with a company that understands the needs of its customers. Thanks again all, see you in a couple of years when its ready to change again.

"Charles at Redline purchase my BMW…"

Charles at Redline purchase my BMW 840i. Great guy to deal with and a fair price paid. The car was collected at a time convenient for myself and payment was made without delay. The chaps who collected my car were also very professional and polite. Indeed Andrew was a golf pro so plenty to chat about. So I can 100% recommend this company to you.

"Once the car is sold Red Line is GONE"

Once the car is sold by them there is no further customer service. The warranty sold is very weak. When I wanted to then sell the car 2 years later they would not even return a call. It’s one way.

"Faultless Customer Service"

I bought a Porsche Cayman 718 GTS in October 2024 from Redline Performance Cars and reviewed my buying experience at the time. My main contact was with Stephen Mahon and both the buying experience and post sales customer service has been exceptional.
An issue became apparent within days of purchase, one of those utterly annoying “noises”, which frankly made me wish I hadn’t bought the car. You know, one of those noises which drives you mad but is never there when you when you try and replicate it for someone else. That was my experience.
Stephen asked me to take the car back to Knaresborough and Sam Noble in the workshops tried to find the elusive noise. Despite best efforts, how do you rectify a noise you can’t hear, and I drove home only for the noise to start again 20 miles from home.
Stephen Mahon and Sam decided the best option was to collect the car and work on it, keeping it in Knaresborough for a couple of days and so the car was collected from my home 2 hours away from Knaresborough.
I explained the problem to the guy collecting the car (Andy) and about 20 minutes later I received a call from him who told me he heard the offending noise and it was, he believed, the seat belt tensioner.
Long story short that information helped Sam Noble and it appears fingers crossed, eliminate the noise, which was destroying my enjoyment of a brilliant car.
I felt I needed to leave this review, because successful resolution has been a combined team effort by the team at Knaresborough and I cannot thank collectively them enough.
