I have been a loyal customer of Redline for 8 years , my first purchase was an Audi R8 v10 in 2015, then another Audi R8 in 2018, followed by another Audi R8 in 2023, followed by a recent addition BMW M4 cab in September 2024.
I have been dealing with a Sales person Stephen Mohan through all the transaction and he has been very professional . There is no hard sell from him but a lot of respect and understanding on such a large commitment. He has been gracious with all my request knowing that I am a little difficult to deal with. As a company they have fore filled all there requirements at ensuring that your issues get resolved without any questions. There will always be some issues when buying a used car, unfortunately Redline don't have a crystal ball, but there attitude in customer satisfaction with Stephen as my contact has been perfect. Issues that were raised was immediately resolved. Overall Stephen Mahon represents the company professionally and spends a great deal of time making sure you are happy even after the purchase .
I highly recommend using Redline as a company with the supporting staff like Stephen, ensuring customer service excellence to the highest level.
