Your phone order system SUCKS big time. I am in a wheel chair and the phone order is a necessity for me. I attempted several times and was instructed to leave a message and someone would return the call. To date (2 weeks later) still no call. I missed the opportunity to catch the gold and siler at it's recent lows. In store has always been professional.

Connor or his evil twin whatever at the Issaquah store has ALWAYS been very unpleasant to deal with.
Their customer service is borderline hostile.
I'd buy exclusively online rather than allocating to Bellevue as well except dealing with Celia makes up for the drawback of the brothers.
