Our experience working with the Renukrete team was five star! Linda, project coordinator, replied in a timely manner to all our questions via email. The owner of the company presented us with the estimate and explained the process in detail. The crew was very polite and respectful. Cande, crew manager, was not only extremely hard working, he was very patient in explaining the color selection. He wanted to be sure we were satisfied with our choice. The one minor complaint is there is a small amount of a residual gritty, sand-like texture that remains on the deck and in the pool. However, over time this does dissipate.
