"Changed my life but not without some hassles"

I have good and bad things to report. First of all I had great difficulty charging the unit. The drawing was not as clear as it could have been. Not until I watched every single video until the very last one did I reach the correct tutorial that clearly explained how easy it was to place the sleep phone on the charger. I felt foolish as it really is easy as it is a magnet. There should had been a link to the tutorial to help people understand more clearly.
The next problem I encountered was pairing. It took a long time to pair with my iPhone. I’ve paired several sets of ear phones quite easily to my iPhone before and do not understand why I encountered this difficulty. I finally succeeded. It was wonderful getting a great night’s sleep for the first time in years! Thank you, Acoustic Sheep!
However, after two great nights I couldn’t get the phones to pair again. I finally resorted to having to pair them with my iPad. I wish someone could explain this to me. By the way, since I live in a warm, humid climate I chose the breeze fabric and find it very comfortable. Also, I would like to know if it makes any diffference in whether the left or right ear pads are on the correct sides because I intentionally wear the phones in reverse, so to speak, as an eye mask to block out the light. I don’t know if it makes a difference to which side the brain is receiving which sound wave. All I know for sure is that it is working well for me and by getting a good night’s sleep I have much less severe pain every day which is remarkable. If it were not for the initial problem and the continuing pairing hassles I would rate these phones five stars. Also, I was told there were free binaural beat apps for the acoustic sheep but I can not find them. If there are any, there should have been a link listed as well as the tutorial link. Can a second Breeze headband be purchased to use while the first one is being laundered? Thank you in advance for any help with these issues.

I like the headphones and they serve their purpose quite well, but I have to replace them abut every six months because the cord wears out, and the product is not exactly cheap. The cord by itself is almost the same price as the whole set. And I’ve tried cordless blue tooth, but the charge is only good 4-6 hours.

I have only tested these since I plan to use it on a 9 hour flight coming up in 10 days, but I think I'm going to love them! I have an app on my phone called My Noises from White Noise & Co., and you can actually create your own custom noise with 10 bars you can manipulate with your finger. I've tried it with my new wireless sleep phones, and it's wonderful! I know I will sleep a lot better than without them! Highly recommend them!

"Comfortable and Clear Sounding"

I loves these sleep phones: I can hear the speakers clearly and never have to turn them up all they way. They are easy to set up on blue tooth. They are easy to use while wearing them (on/off, volume control).

I was hoping the band would sit on top of my head, but the only way to set the speakers on my ears is for the band to go across my forehead, which has been hard for me to get use to while sleeping.

"It's a nice but not perfect system"

It's a nice system. The headband is rationally comfortable and even good to use as a mask. My ONLY issue with the phones, been using them for a number of years, is the quality of the cord that is used. It gets easily kinked and has a bad habit of not working after a couple of years.

My bet is that I am not the only one with cord quality issues.

But otherwise does what it's designed to do.
