Kari Klejnot was great and responsive with my house insurance transition. I would have given 5 stars because of her alone. However my experience with automotive was not very good. After speaking with Pierre I believe in automotive, he was going to send me a revised quote for my auto insurance, but it never happened. I've probably been paying more than I should have had he adjusted my coverage and provided the quote as requested.
