"Great onboarding"

We moved to Bright from another HR platform, as it seemed to be more suited to what we wanted, and also offered the extra capacity we needed.
Everything was made simple and straightforward, and I've just finished a great onboarding session with Tomas. He took me through the system, what it can do, and how, and made sure to ask if I had any questions as we were going along. At the end of the call he offered to follow up and sent his contact details in case I had any question further down the line. All in all a great experience.
