"Awful misrepresentation, terrible service so far"

Awful, misrepresented the bright safe package, pushy salesman and no cooling off period, we tried to cancel within an hour of gaining access to the portal only to be passed around numerous departments and told no you can't sorry not our problem. I would absolutely avoid the bright safe package produces documents that your child could make at school

I had a disappointing experience with BrightHR. The contract included a 6-month termination clause and a 60-month term, which I found excessive and not clearly communicated upfront. When I reached out to their support team for clarification, I encountered repetitive responses that didn't address my concerns. This lack of clear communication and support has led me to regret choosing BrightHR. I advise others to thoroughly review contract terms and seek clarification before committing.​
