"New Customer"

Just started our contract with Bright and so far the service has been excellent. There have been a few queries we had that are not possible to do through Bright which is a shame, however I had a query today which was answered for me by Navada - who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and my query was dealt with immediately. Great service Navada, thank you!

"What a Product"

Had a few teething issues getting started, Barry called me, spoke to me in a way what didn't aggravate the situation, listened, was understanding and impartial. Told me XY and Z would happen but never over promised anything. Was the best call i had received, what a breath of fresh air he was.

He and his colleague Rachel from the onboarding team had my teething issues resolved in two short calls and i was fully up and running with an awesome bit of software was it pivotal to my business at this stage.
I don't really do feedback or reviews but wanted to take this opportunity to firstly thank Big Barry for going above and beyond in getting me the result i wanted and getting my business on track with a vital service it was desperate for.
Secondly to Rachel in onboarding for taking the time to listen to the requirements i had and taking the time to address them and leave me in a place where i could crack on.
Thirdly to the management of Barry and Rachel, you have two very talented members of staff here. The skills the poses are ones what are very hard to find and almost impossible to teach. i hope you look after and appreciate them.
Lastly to any business owners who need HR, any start ups Bright is the place you need to be. Its awesome and from a tech geek it genuinely is. I love it and feel really comforted that i know i have this software and the teams behind it at my disposal.
Again Big Barry and Rachel thank you so much, i genuinely appreciate it.

Our company has used them for 3 years and couldn’t find fault with them , recently I needed help and it was sorted extremely quickly with no hassle at all .

"Onboarding call"

I had an onboarding call with Holly who helped me set up a complicated shift rota. Holly was knowledgeable, friendly and helpfu.

"I signed up with company for the top…"

I signed up with company for the top package which gives access to documentation, legal advice, counselling, clock in and out apps, everything I would need to ensure the smooth running of my company. We had an issue I needed to discuss with the legal team they provided brief advice but if I wanted that document to be sent over to me, it was another £600 for the privilege. I raised this as a concern and that I was having staff complain the app wasn’t working when they were put on visits.They then advised that either the staff need to be connected to WiFi or 4g. This is not always possible in remote areas.


After a lengthy discussion they agreed to drop me down to the lowest package. Now I have no access to any training any documents and I’m paying £154 per month for my staff to clock in and clock out. Avoid at all costs. They fill you with empty promises constantly.

If I could give a ZERO STAR I would. They continually call acting like someone is interested in their software. We have no interest in a company that uses spam marketing.
