We had Asja dealing with our enquiry who was fantastic from start to finish! She sat patiently whilst we visited the showroom on a Saturday afternoon and answered all our queries both before, during and after the visit by email and WhatsApp.

The delivery was a while but we were informed and even sent pictures of the door being manufactured!

I shopped around quite a bit, but have not found any equivalent product in terms of quality and how pretty the door looks. I bought a double door similar to the one Pirnar have in their showroom. I feel in love with that model straight after I walked into the showroom. I even increased the sizes of the opening as originally planned, just to fit in a bigger entrance!

It was a really pleasant experience going through the whole process with Mark, who helped me along the way an was patient with me changing my mind a lot before we finalized on the sizes and design. Security and insulation was really important for me as well, which is also why I chose Pirnar. And I must also say kudos to Zan and the installation team, who fitted the door effortlessly.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates how important an entrance to their house is. My neighbours are already asking me about it and think about upgrading theirs :)
