"We have had the underfloor heating…"

We have had the underfloor heating nearly 5 years now, excellent products. Never had any major problem, very comfortable and efficient! We do have sometimes one or two heating control buttons stuck and have difficult to bounce back by themselves, but manually press them again will be fine. Overall, definitely recommend it.

Let us down. Failed to come when said they’d come and didn’t call to apologise. Waited until we called and then still didn’t apologise! Unbelievable!
