"Kjøp er ok, men hva med bytte av produkt?"

Kjøpet og hjemleveringen gikk greit. Problemet begynte da jeg ønsket å bytte varen, da viste Voldt sitt sanne ansikt. Kundeservice eksisterer i praksis ikke. De tilbyr kun et kontaktskjema på nettsiden, uten e-postadresse eller telefonnummer. Henvendelser via skjemaet blir aldri besvart. Med så mange konkurrenter som tilbyr de samme produktene, er mitt råd krystallklart: Hold deg langt unna Voldt!

VOLDT held customers (my) refund hostage until bad review was removed!!

To start delivery took 9 days and not the 2-3 days as set out when ordering!

It was pathetic the lengths I had to go to in order to get a faulty charger replaced! It took a bad TRUSTPILOT review to get a replacement sent out. VOLDT then reported my review, stating I had not replied to their emails or watched the videos they’d sent. In fact we had as I had email proof thereof/I sent screenshots of all of these email conversations to TrustedShops who’d also emailed me with VOLDTS fake complaint (apparently posts here are automatically crossposted to TrustedShops).

VOLDT was not happy with my negative review thus offered a 20% refund in order to have it amended. The second charger failed within two days. In order to get a full refund, VOLDT insisted I delete my review and email TrustedShops to have them remove the automatically Crossposted review too. Once I’d done this, I received my refund.

It is really low of a company to treat customers this way. So here I am, leaving this review here so that VOLDT is exposed for the tactics they use in order to lull other customers into a false sense of security with apparent ‘gleeming reviews!!

"Products flawed by poor design feature. "

My review is going to be solely about the product and not the delivery time (UPS totally messed up) or the customer service (pro-active but pushy at times).

The product works well when used as a charger. The problem comes when you try to set the delayed charging timer function. The accompanying instruction pamphlet says to push the “button” for 3 sec at a time to set the timer in 1-hour increments. Once you have adjusted it to the correct offset time, the countdown timer commences. Problem is, the “button” is not actually a button because, when pushed, nothing is felt I.e. no tactile feedback and, nothing happens! Sent a video of this back to supplier (Voldt) and they agreed to send a second unit. In the meantime, they said to try and tap the “button”. This actually worked, but not every time. Anyway, the replacement unit arrived and the “button” was pressed (still no tactile feedback) and it worked…twice. Third time I tried to use it, nothing happened when I pressed or tapped this “button”. I then switched off the power socket supply, disconnected the unit from my car and reconnected power supply and reconnected to the car. Went back to unit to try setting delayed timer and…nothing happened when this mysterious “button” is pressed. Actually, I followed that process more than once over the course of a week just to make sure I was doing everything as advised by the instruction pamphlet. Very frustrating to not feel anything when one presses on a “button”. Come on guys, both units had this issue so what’s going on? Surely you must be able to change the design of whatever “sensor” lies below this phantom “button.
Also, when I was able to set the timer, the countdown timer would only start if I rested my finger on this “button” for a few seconds otherwise the charger just went back to the previous mode but now wasn’t charging anymore as it had registered that the timer had been initially set. Anyway, both units returned and refund issued promptly but only because my wife removed her bad review (this was a request from pushy Voldt employee which is unprofessional behaviour).

"I can recommend this charger ! "

I can recommend this charger after i got mine in november.First i will advise you to be sure wich type of charger you need.I had to order a new because of my own mistake.Everything went fast so i sent the first in return before Voldt was able to send me a label for easy return.Had i known about the dutch customs i would have waited for the label.The contact with Voldt could be better but still satisfied that i got refund for the first One.

"I ordered a cable on 1-2 days delivery"

The website gave me the impression that the items were dispatched from a London address, but they are in fact dispatched from the Netherlands. Because of delivery delays Voldt Customer Service provided the item totally free of charge, which was an excellent way to recover the service.

"Aufgrund von extremer Hektik und Grippewelle kann es ein wenig länger dauern"
Falsche Produktion...wieder zwei Wochen...
Qualität ist gut, alles wirkt hochwertig -> Das Warten hat sich gelohnt, aber wenn schneller Ersatz benötigt wird, kann es unschön werden.

"Courier let it down"

Ordered, delivery was supposed to be on a Friday, I waited all day then received a notification from UPS that the delivery was rescheduled to the next day, waited home 7-7 on the Saturday and again didn’t arrive, then rescheduled for Monday and it finally arrived.
