Went in as my brakes weren’t working properly after my son borrowed my bike. I needed my bike to be safe enough for work ahead of the bad weather.
The guy who welcomed me was superb and kind. He very quickly was able to pin point the issue and then cracked on just adjusting things so I could use it. Yes, at some point new brake wires would be good. But he did this gratis. I was blown away and very relieved. I’ll be back when the time comes to get a service done. Thanks so much. 🥰

A few months after a service my gears suddenly seized up. Beeline had checked but not had to alter the gears. I took my bike in and they checked it immediately, changing the gear cable and taking the shifter apart. And no charge- thanks guys!

I purchased a new MTB online for delivery but unfortunately on receipt of the bike I discovered a number of issues which I was not happy with due to errors made by Beeline. I contacted Beeline with a view to returning the bike and they were extremely apologetic and after some discussions via email and phone we came to an agreement which meant I have kept the bike and accepted a partial refund to resolve the issues. I do not often write reviews, however I wanted to say that Beeline quickly accepted responsibility for the issues and went out of their way to give great customer service to get the issues resolved (I still had the option to return the bike and have a new one sent out if that was what I wanted). Not every transaction will go 100% smoothly and when issues arise what counts is how they get resolved and this is where Beeline more than delivered which I appreciate and I will continue to purchase from you in the future. Thank you.

"Fantastic support with frame warranty claim"
I recently contacted Beeline Oxford with an issue I had with a 3 year old hardtail I purchased from them. When I took the bike into the store they immediately contacted the manufacturer and staffed a warranty claim on my behalf. They quickly resolved the issue, received a replacement frame and re-built the bike within a week. I can not rate their customer support and professionalism highly enough. They exceeded all expectations.

Ordered a mountain bike for delivery. When it arrived i only had to attach the front wheel and handle bars and it was ready to ride, however the gears needed tuning and hydraulic brakes needed bleeding at the price of £55. I expected this to be done after spending over £1000 on a bike

Bought a trek domane al2 recently, everything is good, come with the original box ,well picked and fast delivered.
Just need to attach the handlebar, seat post, also the front wheel, then it's good to go.
