"This was our first time at Brickhouse…"
This was our first time at Brickhouse Farm it was recommended by a friend who had been there before.
We were a little skeptical about the reviews until we got there.
The staff were amazing as were the surroundings the Bistro was absolutely incredible they catered for all of us including my daughter who is Gluten Free.
We loved it so much we have already booked for next year.
Grace and the rest of the staff looked after all our needs perfectly.
Many thanks from the Gill-Calvert family xx

"We had a lovely stay"
We had a lovely stay, the cottage was everything we expected, clean and roomy, we enjoyed the meals at the Bistro and the friendly staff looked after us very well. We even joined in the Tuesday night bingo and quiz. Look forward to coming back again.

"What a fantastic time we had!"
We have had the most fabulous holiday at Brickhouse Farm Cottages and cannot recall ever finding such a place more suitable for disabled people, their carers, family and friends.
From arrival we were made to feel welcome. My husband (carer) was shown our cottage first, prior to getting me out of our car and safely installed!
A profile bed was already in place and a fully equipped wetroom. Any extra equipment we asked for was either provided straight away, or alternatives offered if not available.
Being hoisted into our own hot tub was possibly the biggest wow!
The establishment, the staff, the facilities, the Bistro and bar all met our needs. Everywhere was accessible in my power chair, level surfaces and ramps all over.
We'll be back, thanks all!

"Outstanding accessible holiday cottages"
This was our second visit to Brickhouse farm. The cottages, venue and facilities are fantastic and we had a great week away. We will definitely be back. We particularly enjoyed the new hydro pool and restaurant. All the staff are lovely and we can't thank you enough for a really lovely holiday!

"Great facilities and welcoming staff"
The cottage had great facilities for my disabled son and was spacious with all equipment we needed. The cottage was a little grubby on our arrival with cob webs and some smelly toilet brushes. There was also an intermittent foul smell wafting around the complex. This may have been from the fields surrounding though. These were the only negatives of our stay.
The complex is quiet and friendly, with a wonderful view outside the cottage over the lake. The on site bistro serves excellent food and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We felt very welcome.
The hydrotherapy pool is excellent. Clean and fully equipped. It was the highlight of our stay seeing my son so happy in the water. A very special memory for us. Thank you.

"A perfect experience"
Our fourth week here - but this time the weather was perfect.
Very restful, everyone is really friendly and very helpful.
The Hydrotherapy pool is a highlight and the food and service in the bistro is superb.
The cottages are well equipped, thoughtully designed and the whole experience is perfect for a break away from home.

"Well where Do i start? simply amazing will do!"
Well where Do i start? Having 6children all with additional/ complex needs, booking a holiday that can cater for our family need/set up can proof to me complex in itself. However brickhouse farm cottages have just got it right. Catering for disability takes the pressure for parents and carers knowing there is everyone you need there (home from home) the cottages are beautiful, clean and spacious. What tips orbits I’d over looking the beautiful lake (relaxing)
having found this gem of a place you will be seeing a lot more of us!
It would be nice to have more entertainment other that the quiz and bingo night. Maybe a little disco for the siblings that attend and a better equipped park. However I’m pretty sure you are always looking to expand? And value guests feedback to look at possibilities. For me it’s just as important to cater for the needs of the siblings of a disabled child/adults as it’s a chance for them to let their hair down and relax too.
Thank you so much for everything. Keep up the amazing work you guys do.
