"Disappointed"

Disappointed! My order was on schedule delivered yesterday morning....but with only one of the two sofas. Customer services are now investigating, and I am hoping the missing sofa will be with us by weekend for guests arriving.

Very pleased to report, after regular contact and updates from Loaf and the couriers Wincanton, the elusive sofa has now been delivered at our convenience. Thank you very much for your prompt action....we, and our guests, love them!
