"My application went through but was rejected by their team, didn't even give a reason."

I applied for the account and it said my application went through, however, they wrote to me and said they need more docs which are my bank statements that support the business. I sent it over and said unfortunately I'm not right for their business...... I'm not sure if it's because I'm from Thailand or what, they didn't even explain. I could have funded my account over $10,000 which is what they want but they just rejected my application after sending all the promo emails that if I fund 10k they would give $50 or whatever. Their website seems to promote small businesses but not. I'm disappointed and will be looking for a new bank.
